Located on one of the most private setting within the Jolly Harbor, Villa Out of the Blue has direct access to an almost private beach; the only intrusions are the boats and yachts entering and leaving the harbor, close by to enjoy their view, far enough assuring your privacy. The long, white sandy most known beach of Jolly Harbour, is just on the opposite side of the villa, at about 20 steps.
This newly built villa is located is a quiet area of the complex, but only a short distance from restaurants, bars, supermarket, marina, beauty salons, pharmacy, shops, tennis courts, golf court and banks. The Jolly Harbour is the preferred location chosen by visitors who are willing to be close by all the mentioned amenities.
The pathway to the villa is laid with small indigenous pebbles, plants and tropical flowers border the pathway, coconut palm trees surround the villa.
The main entrance door brings you right on a unique room which complements the living room, kitchen and lounge area.
The living room is gracefully furnished with comfortable off-white leather sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, computer desk, plasma television with DVD player and home theater sound system. The modern style kitchen is fitted with white and blue cabinets, these colors where chosen to depicts the white sand and the blue Caribbean skies, an island is set in the center of the kitchen thus allow for extra preparation space. The kitchen is also fitted with professional grade stainless steel appliances such as a 5 burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven and micro wave oven, and other small essential appliances and utensils. Just off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry; here you will find the dish washer and ample store.
Flanked by the kitchen and the living room is the lounge area that is simply furnished with a sofa and a coffee table.
Two large sliding doors that extend from the kitchen to the living room bring up on to the veranda. Here you will find a teak dinning set that can seat up to 16 guests, two elegant sofas, coffee table, BBQ and external sink. Just a few steps away is the beautiful swimming pool, pool furniture are carefully position thus allowing you the have the prefect view of the beach that is just steps away.
This villa has four elegant En-suite bedrooms; fan, air condition and plasma televisions are installed throughout. The master bedroom is fitted with king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of draws, a writing desk and walking closet. The views form the master is breathtaking. The bathroom has double vanity, bath tub and over size shower.
Two of the guest bedrooms are similar and comfortable, located close to each other. Both are fitted with queen size bed, bedside table with lamps, writing desk, chest of draws and closet, the bathroom rooms has shower. The other guest bedroom is located next to the lounge area; it is fitted with two single beds, bed side table with lamps, closet and chest of draws; the bathroom has shower.
