Villa Nicobar is a beautiful holiday home in Antigua, tucked away inside of the exclusive villas complex of Galley Bay Height and encompasses over 7500 sq ft. of indoor space. The villa is clad by a majestic hand crafted architecture stone wall; on the inside on this creation is a tropical garden thriving with mature plant life.
The foyer is simply furnished with two hip high tables on either sides of the entry way and a chandelier overhead. As you pass this setting you will stumble upon the living area, here vaulted ceiling, sky windows, bay windows, huge sliding doors that opens up to an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea give the feel of openness.
The living room is exquisite, it is furnish with a pure L-shaped sectional European style sofa, two arm chairs, a natural wicker coffee table, a high definition flat screen television is mounted on the wall. The comfortable living area consists of an entertaining area that houses a flat screen TV and BOSE sound system, a Nintendo Wii game console and an eight seats interchangeable table that can be used as a pool table if you turn the top onto the next side.
The elegantly designed modern kitchen sits aside and it is furnished with the highest standard stainless steel appliances, and an island sits in the middle with chairs against it to form a breakfast area. All of the counter tops are topped with imported granite and the cupboards were custom built in Italy.
This luxury home has four bedrooms; the master bedroom is furnished with a king size four poster bed with matching night stands that sit on both sides of the bed head, a table and a chair, dresser and walk-in closet. Huge sliding doors open up to the patio offering amazing views of the outside, at night you can count the stars to sleep or awake to the beautiful sunrise. The master bathroom is elegant furnished with his and her vanity, walk-in rain shower and a Jacuzzi style tub. Huge glass and louver blade windows are added to bring in the natural light.
Two other bedrooms are furnished with queen sizes beds, night stands with lamps and dresser. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom fitted with vanity and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds, night stands with lamps, table and chair and its own bathroom. All of the bedrooms are fitted with air condition and ceiling fans and all allow you to view the spectacular views of Deep Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
On the outside of this holiday villa is a floating infinity pool that is surrounded by a huge deck with outdoor lounge furniture. This area is great for sunbathing under the warm Caribbean sun and where you can find the most amazing views of the beautiful Antiguan beaches or just enjoying the serenity of nature, the outdoor Jacuzzi is set at the edge of the infinity pool and nearby is an outdoor rain shower.
Few steps away from the pool is the external living area furnished with a Rattan sofas set and a coffee table. The veranda is the perfect place to have dinner enjoying the cool tropical breeze: it has a family setting, nicely furnished with a family size teak dining table with chairs. On the veranda, a stainless steel BBQ grill is also placed to cook fresh lobster and fish.
