Villa Perfect Sunshine is at the top of a lush tropical hill which creates a uniquely private and serene setting. As you enter this villa, you be greeted by the elegantly decorated foyer. To the left is the eat-in kitchen, fitted with black and lime green imported Italian design cabinets with granite top, Jenn-Air appliances which include stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dish washer and other small kitchen appliances are installed. The eat-in table that is located here seats four, and is ideal for a quick brunch.

 

On the right you will find the dining and living area in a unique room. The dining set has a table seating for eight, the living area is furnished with comfortable sofas by Designers Guild and a center table in the middle, the large plasma TV is placed on the wall and other accent pieces make the area elegant and stylish. This room enjoys spectacular views from both sides: the east and the west of the villa. Large sliding doors brings you on the verandas: on one side is the view of the sea and the beach and the other side enjoys the view of a secluded bay. The verandas are equipped with dining tables and lounge chairs where you can enjoy your meals and see romantic sunsets.

 

The master bedroom is exquisite; furnished with a king size four poster bed, bedside tables and two wardrobes. The bedroom enjoys views on all sides. The master bathroom has double vanity, which are separate with a whirlpool bath tub in the middle and, if you open the window in front, you will enjoy a relaxing bath with the romantic view of the sea. It also has a wet-room shower. From the bedroom a door leads you to the veranda, where the panoramic views of the sea are immaculate. Another bedroom is also en-suite with private bathroom, it has a queen size bed and wardrobe. Two bedrooms are located next to each other and they share the bathroom, one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The last bedroom has a King size bed and it shares a hall way bathroom. From each bedroom you have your own terrace. Each of the bedrooms has an overhead fan and air conditioning. The villa can accommodate comfortably a maximum number of 11 guests.

 

At a few steps from the villa is the swimming pool area. The infinity swimming pool is 50ft in length, and it is perfect for children and adults alike since it has a shallow end of 3.5ft and 5ft deep at the deepest end. Lounge chairs are placed on the pool deck, allowing you to bask under the warm tropical sun, or you may prefer to relax in the hammock under the pagoda and enjoy the views and the tropical breeze.

Perfect Sunshine is pleasantly breezy because huge wooden louver windows are installed throughout the villa.

 

If you are a sailing enthusiast or water sport lover then the Perfect Sunshine Villa is where you should spend your next vacation. Here you find a jetty, where yachts are docked there all year around. A very popular Kitesurf school is based at Non Such Bay with certified instructors. The beach is at just at few minutes walk from the villa.

 

The rates below are for the house when taken as the entire villa (5 bedrooms) or else for only the upstairs (2 bedrooms). The 2 bedrooms option is only occasionally available, depending on demand. For different sizes of groups it may be possible to rent other configurations (3 or 4 bedrooms), with prices on demand.
