COTTAGE OVERVIEW

Secluded cottage located in one of the most splendid location of the world.

The cottage is immersed in a beautiful landscape, in a gorgeous property that evocate peace and serenity, and it enjoys amazing Caribbean Sea views. The cottage, on two floors, houses two independent bedrooms, with separate entrances. Both bedrooms are elegantly designed, with king / queen size bed, private bathroom with shower and a wonderful veranda with armchairs and coffee table. The cottage is ideal for single travelers, couples, honeymooners, and small fam

BEDROOMS

The cottage has two stunning, elegant bedrooms. There is no A/C in the room, but a ceiling fan and the louvered, screened windows provide for the perfect breeze to enjoy your stay. Here you will experiencing a calm feeling – the colors, sounds and perfumes of the nature around you.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is very simple yet well equipped, open-space, located on a separate cottage just above the sea. The kitchen includes cooktop, fridge, sink, small appliances and utensils, round table with chairs. Please note that the villa is 220V, a transformer is supplied to be used with 110V appliances in the kitchen.

POOL 

The pool is beautiful, covered by a cabana in the middle with a hammock just for you to relax. Lounge chairs border the pool area where you can bask under the Caribbean sun.

LOUNGE AREA & COTTAGES

A wonderful lounge area is located just outside the kitchen decorated with sofa set, armchairs and coffee table. Here is just lovely having a drink and enjoying the cool breeze. Two stunning cottages are located here: one houses a Balinese style bed for an afternoon nap, the other houses a guest bathroom with shower. 

SPA SERVICES

Enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort of your private room. Beautician who offers a variety of services is also available. Our concierge can book these services at the villa for you, early booking is required.

Due to the narrow road that connects the property from the main road, and the various cottages, vehicles are not permitted inside the property. The narrow road is steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

    There is no laundry service at the villa. Jolly Harbour offers laundry services at Burton's Laundromat situated right at the main entrance gate of the boatyard in the big grey building. Contact:  Phone: + 1 (268) 462-4268

    The two ladies running the laundry are Geraldine and Ruthlin. They are well known for their reliable, friendly and speedy service.

NEAREST BEACHES

The beach of Jolly Harbour is just a short walk distance away from the villa. On this beach you find numerous watersports activities and a beach restaurant. Jolly Harbour is also the meeting point of different boat tours and fishing tours. Other beautiful beaches such as The Nest, Fryes Bay, Darkwood beach and Turner's Beach are all within ten minute drive from the property and all of them have restaurants.

Within and nearby Jolly Harbour you will find a numerous selection of restaurants such as Sea Dream, Basilico, Al Porto, Pop Up on the beach, Curry House. Outside Jolly Harbour you will have Sheer Rock, Wild Tamarind, The Fox Restaurant, Dennis Beach Bar and Restaurant.

Jolly Harbour is a marina and private residential complex of apartments and beach or water front villas on Antigua's west coast and it provides 24 hour security for complete peace of mind, and has everything you need within walking distance. It is located about about 20 minutes from the capital of St. John's, and 40 minutes from English Harbour and the V.C. Bird International Airport.
