Located on a fine private beach on the west coast of the island, on a peninsular of Jolly Harbour, the villa offers sea views from every angle. Vaulted ceilings and two extensive lounge areas, along with fine furnishing and décor, and a fully equipped kitchen, at the edge of the beach, make this villa the perfect holiday home in the Caribbean. The garden is lush, filled with numerous coconut palm trees and tropical flowers, offering the serenity and privacy you are looking for. 

The villa includes: six bedrooms, six bathrooms, powder room, living rooms, external dining areas, extra-large professional kitchen, outdoor lounge areas, expansive deck area, pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs, Golf Carts, Watersport equipments (paddle boards and kayaks). 

BEDROOMS

This holiday villa has six en-suite bedrooms and accommodate up to twelve guests. Each bedroom has a design simple yet elegant, and has private bathroom with walk-in shower, and huge wardrobe. The bedrooms enjoy sea views or garden views.

this bedroom is located on the same area of the TV room, where lots of movies and cartoons are recorded for your entertainment.

LIVING ROOMS, LOUNGE AREAS, DINING AREA & KITCHEN

This holiday home has plenty space for relaxing and enjoy a wonderful holiday. The house has two main living areas, both elegantly furnished with sofas sets, coffee tables, armchairs, desks, and pieces of antiques and paintings accentuate the charming white wall of the area. One living room sits in front of the pool area, the other sits in front the beach. In the center of the two main living rooms is located a round table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes high standand stainless steel appliances of Viking Brand, extended stove with grill, wine coolers, dishwashers, ample refrigerator and freezer, and three sinks. In the middle of the kitchen is an island, adding extra space for the preparation of the meals. The countertop is made by marble imported from Italy.

EXTERNAL DINING ROOM, POOL & LOUNGE AREAS

The pool area of this holiday villa includes the pool and Jacuzzi, layered into a stone paving. Comfortable lounge chairs and sofas set surround the pools. Here you will enjoy the gentle sea breeze, basking under the Caribbean sun or swimming in the pool.
The dining area is set on the veranda.

SPA SERVICES

Enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort of your private room. Beautician who offers a variety of services is also available. Our concierge can book these services at the villa for you, early booking is required.

The villa sits on a white sand, private beach. The one mile long famous Jolly Beach is located at 5 minute drive from the villa. The beach spreads on 1 mile and it offers watersports activities and a beach restaurant. Other beautiful beaches such as The Nest, Fryes Bay, Darkwood beach and Turner's Beach are all within 10 minute drive from the property and all of them have beach bar restaurants.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS

Within and nearby Jolly Harbour you will find a numerous selections of restaurants. Inside Jolly Harbour we reccomend the Greek Tavern, The Crown Nest and Al Porto, the last one offers live music entertainment on Monday evening (to book). Outside Jolly Harbour are the Sugar Ridge with its restaurants, fish and chips, Sheer Rock, Dennis Beach Bar and Restaurant, Jacki o's and much more.

It is located about 20 minutes from the capital of St. John's, and 40 minutes from English Harbour and the V.C. Bird International Airport.
