VILLA OVERVIEW

Luxury, beachfront villa for rent in Jolly Harbour, Antigua.

This luxury holiday villa is located in a tranquil location on the North Finger in Jolly Harbour Marina, on the west coast of the island. The villa extends on one floor; the soft white sand and the sea are just there, a few steps from the house. The villa is airy and spacious, decorated with higher standard furnishing, located at the edge of a small beach; while the long and fabulous beach of Jolly Harbour extends in its entire splendor on the other side of the bay. 

The villa includes: four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, external dining areas, large kitchen, outdoor lounge areas, expansive deck area, pool, hot tub, lounge chairs.

BEDROOMS

This holiday villa has four beautiful bedrooms and accommodate up to eight guests. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, and closets.

Bedroom 1 – King size bed, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 – 2 twin size beds, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 –King size bed, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 – Master bedroom - King size bed, bathroom with shower and bath tub, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.

LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, LOUNGE AREA 

By entering to the villa, you will see a beautiful internal garden in the middle of the hallway. The dining room and the sitting room are conveniently placed on the same place. The dining room comfortable sits 8 guests, and the sitting room is furnished with a comfy sofa set, coffee table and TV. An office desk is also located here, as well as the guest bathroom. Another wonderful sitting area is placed a bit further, just before the big windows that open into the veranda. Also here you will find a comfortable sofa set with coffee table.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen is located on one side of the living room, just before the veranda. The kitchen offers a spacious island in the middle with electrical cooktop and working space. Another island in the corner of the kitchen provides for extra cooking space. The kitchen is equipped with professional appliances such as spacious fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, and small other appliances such as American coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender and more. Behind the kitchen there is the laundry room, equipped with washer and dryer for the use of the guests.

EXTERNAL DINING ROOM, POOL, HOT TUB & LOUNGE AREAS

The outdoor area is simply stunning. It is furnished with outdoor dining table, sitting area with sofa set with coffee table, BBQ and hammock style chairs. Here you also find the pool, the warm Jacuzzi style tub, lounge chairs and outdoor shower. All set in front of the beach and the Caribbean sea.

SPA SERVICES

Enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort of your private room. Beautician who offers a variety of services is also available. Our concierge can book these services at the villa for you, early booking is required.

NEAREST BEACHES

The North finger beach of Jolly Harbour is in front of the villa. The beach of Jolly Harbour is located on the opposite side of the villa, at few minute driving with the car or golf cart. On this beach you find numerous watersports activities and a beach restaurant named CastAway. Jolly Harbour is also the meeting point of different boat tours and fishing tours. Other beautiful beaches such as The Nest, Fryes Bay, Darkwood beach and Turner's Beach are all within ten minute drive from the property all of them have restaurants and are equipped with beach umbrella and lounge chairs for rent.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS

Within and nearby Jolly Harbour you will find a numerous selections of restaurants. Inside Jolly Harbour we reccomend the Greek Tavern, The Crown Nest and Al Porto, the last one offers live music entertainment on Monday evening. Outside Jolly Harbour you will find Sugar Ridge Club with two restaurants, fish and chips, Sheer Rock, Dennis Beach Bar and Restaurant, Jacki o's, Rum Bus and much more.

It is located about about 20 minutes from the capital of St. John's, and 40 minutes from English Harbour and the V.C. Bird International Airport.
